Last month, Fethiye Times met up with Lucille Shone, editor of Kuşadası’s local newspaper, The Ege Eye, which celebrates its 200th edition on 1 April 2021.

Local newspapers cater to their area and community, focussing on localised issues and events.

The Ege Eye has been doing just that since it was founded in 2006 and editor Lucy, is a familiar figure in Kuşadası, regularly out and about gathering information to keep The Ege Eye readers up to date.

Many of you may never have come across The Ege Eye so, in celebration of 200 editions, Fethiye Times and Daily Sabah would like to introduce you.
