Hundreds of people turned out on Sunday to enjoy the 3c’s (Çalış Children’s Charity) Christmas Fair in Çalış.

The organisers from 3c’s were up bright and early to get ready for what would be a festive and busy day.
146 stalls filled the promenade with seasonal merchandise; Christmas handicrafts and gifts, Santa hats, decorations, Christmas trees, tinsel and stockings and Christmas foods.
Co-Chairman of 3c’s, Mick McCauley, said “We are delighted at how successful the day has been. It is so good to see Turkish and English, Muslims and Christians working side by side and enjoying the day”
The day raised a net total of 6500TL which will be used to help local children

Here comes Santa!
No Christmas Fair is complete without a visit from Santa Claus. Santa and his helpers made their way down the promenade in the modern day sleigh to cries of “There’s Santa” and looks of wonder on the faces of the children…

3c’s would like to wish you all a Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year
