Overview
Spotblue.com is delighted to offer this beautiful detached villa which offers luxurious living accommodation set on a 700 sqm private plot, boasting stunning sea views and is located just seven minutes from the town centre of Kaş.

What is the area like?
Kaş was originally established as the Ancient Lycian port of Antiphellos and therefore has an established harbour which, although it obviously caters for tourists, still retains its Turkish character.
From the harbour, you can take a variety of boat trips, from a visit to the Greek Island of Meis only 40 minutes away to a Trip to Kekova with its sunken city or simply enjoy a lazy day out at sea stopping off at fabulous coves to snorkel and then enjoy a delicious Turkish salad selection and BBQ cooked on board.
Where is the villa?
The villa is located approximately seven minutes from the centre of the traditional town of Kaş, on the far side of the Çukurbağ Peninsular.
The villa is set within its own gardens of palms, bougainvillea, jasmine, lilac, honeysuckle, lemon and olive trees and has spectacular views over the Mediterranean Sea. Access to the sea is via a road just below the villa and about 10 minutes away by bus there are also several good beaches with restaurants to enjoy. The Peninsula is very quiet and peaceful, but Kaş, with its lively nightlife, bars and restaurants is only 10 minutes from the villa by bus.
What is there to do nearby?
In Kaş, as well as shops selling an exciting array of colourful Turkish carpets and rugs you will find shops selling “Designer Labels”, leather goods, shoes, jewellery, clothes, Iznik style ceramics, spices, Turkish Delight and plenty more.
Neal the square, with Atatürk’s Statue, there are the Tea Gardens which are predominantly Turkish. Here, you will see people playing backgammon and cards whilst opposite there are the Café Gardens, consisting of a number of cafes and bars. All around this area there are many restaurants and shops. Nearby the steep Silk Road, that leads up to the landmark Lycian Lion Tomb, has a variety of shops selling jewellery, clothes, leather, carpets and ceramics.
At the top of this road there are yet more cafes and restaurants. In fact, you will find these all over Kaş and many of the bars stay open well into the early hours. Kaş is quiet during the day as most people are out sightseeing, swimming and relaxing, however as the evening draws in Kaş comes alive. From about 7.30pm onwards the bars and cafes start to fill and by 9.00pm everyone has emerged to enjoy the night life, shopping, eating, drinking in the bars and listening to music.
Kaş caters for all ages and one feature of Turkey is the Turkish food. It is said that there are three cuisines in the world, French, Chinese and Turkish and certainly in Kaş you will find plenty of bars, cafes and restaurants. The quality of the food is always good and reasonably priced. If you have a particularly large appetite, try Evy’s French Restaurant but be warned, you will not finish your meal! Alternatively, try the Cinarlar Restaurant, which specialises in both Italian Pizzas and the traditional Turkish pide and represents great value for money. In the centre of Kaş on a Friday there is a weekly market that serves the whole region. Here, you will find not only an abundance of vegetables and spices, but also “Designer Label” merchandise, leather, clothes and much more.
The local beaches are Little Pebble & Big Pebble Beaches which are five minutes away from the villa. Others can be found at Limanara, which is a short boat trip away.
Approximately 30 minutes away, on the road to Kalkan, lies Kaputaş Beach with its white sand and glorious turquoise water.
The hotel aqua park is a 5 minute walk from this villa and offers a large pool and slides to enjoy.
There is plenty to do if you are particularly active such as paragliding from the mountains behind Kaş which provide breathtaking views over the harbour and surrounding area. The coastline all around Kaş provides a paradise for both novices and experienced divers. Lessons and diving trips by boat can be booked from several places in the harbour.
If you wish, you can take a Jeep Safari, a great way to see some of the surrounding countryside area. Alternatively, you can enjoy River Canoeing at Patara and Sea Kayaking in Kekova with its sunken city.
Finally, for the less active, a lazy day at sea or a night cruise on a Gulet might be more appealing. Meis Island a 40 minute boat trip which will take you to the Greek Island of Meis (Castellorizo in Greek). This is the nearest Greek Island to Turkey and is worth a trip to see the difference in the two cultures.
